Corazon Mining Limited is an Australia-based holding company principally engaged in the exploration of nickel and development of nickel mining activities. The Company focuses primarily on the nickel-copper sulphide exploration at Lynn Lake, which is a mining centre in the central Canadian province of Manitoba. The VMS (zinc-copper-lead-silver-gold) deposits within the Company’s project area include Francis Lake, Eldon Lake East, Nicoba, Y Deposit, Z Deposit and Gods Lake. The Company has 100% interest in Quartz Circle project and in Western Australia and Lynn Lake project in Canada. As of June 30, 2011, the Company held 100% interest in Graynic Metals (Guatemala) Pty Ltd, Resource Investment Group Pty Ltd, Manitoba Nickel Pty Ltd and Manitoba Nickel Inc. On July 13, 2010, Corazon acquired a subsidiary entity Manitoba Nickel Pty Ltd, which holds an option to acquire a 100% interest in the Lynn Lake project.
